#Bazaar – Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with #Bazaar (HashTagBazaar). The terms and conditions of our Shipping Policy are as follows:

Shipping Policy

There are NO hidden charges when you make a purchase on #Bazaar. The product listed prices are final and inclusive of all applicable taxes. Therefore, listing price you see on the product page is exactly what you would pay.

The charges for delivery are also transparent on #Bazaar and are charged in addition to the listing price of the product. Therefore, please check the shipping charges for your Shipping Address location before placing your product.

All orders are, at present eligible for free delivery across the PIN Codes of Lucknow. The orders placed on a specific day will be shipped to you on the same day or latest by the next day, in case of regular / daily orders. However, in case of Clubbed / Weekly order, the shipping of the orders (placed between Friday 4:00 PM till Friday 03:59 PM) will be done on the coming Sunday

Processing time

All domestic regular / daily orders are processed within 1 business day (Same day or next day).

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by 1-2 days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email, WhatsApp or telephone.

All Clubbed Buy / Weekly orders are processed (Orders placed between Friday 4:00 PM till Friday 03:59 PM) and will be delivered on the coming Sunday. For example, if you have placed an order on Wednesday, 5th January, 2022 or even on Saturday, 1st January, 2022, then the delivery will be done on the coming Sunday i.e., 9th January, 2022.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Shipping charges for your order are calculated and displayed at checkout, if applicable.
Estimated delivery time also depends on the following factors:

  1. The Seller offering the product
  2. Product availability with the Seller
  3. The destination to which you want the order shipped to and location of the Seller.

The delivery may also be impacted by situations which are beyond our control like lockdown in the COVID-19 pandemic. In such a ‘force majeure’ situations, #Bazaar would not be responsible for any delay in shipments.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has been shipped. You can track your order delivery status by sending a SMS / WhatsApp in the following format:

You will get an update about the current status of your order via SMS / WhatsApp.

Damages

#Bazaar is not liable for any product damaged or lost during shipping. If you have received your order damaged, please contact customer service on +91-9170060200. #Bazaar would not be held accountable for any loss or damage during the transit or shipping of product.
