Regular / Daily Orders

In case you want to Exchange a product, you can give a missed call on the HashTagBazaar (#bazaar) Customer Service number – +91-91700 60200. You will get a call back on which you will need to share the following details:

  1. Order Number
  2. Order Date
  3. Reason for Exchange

The Return / Exchange policy offered on #Bazaar is a plan provided directly by the individual sellers, for all the products, not being sold directly by #Bazaar, which may differ from this policy. For the products being sold by #bazaar, the following policy will be applicable.

The individual sellers listing their products provide you with the product return / exchange option, any product exchange and / or refund directly, as shown on the product pages. There are numerous products shown under different categories to which a similar return / exchange policy may be applicable. The return / exchange policy terms shared on the product page take a higher priority over this general policy. 

There are following parts of the exchange policy on #Bazaar. Kindly go through each of the sections in detail to understand them along with the underlying conditions for the acceptable product exchange.

Part 1: Return / Exchange Timeframe and Possible actions on different categories:

We may proceed to troubleshoot your product through online tools or through a technician visit to help you resolve the issues with your product.

If any defect is determined within the timeframe, a exchange of the product will be provided to you at no extra cost. However, if the defect is spotted and informed after the timeframe, you will be directed to the specific brand’s service center.

The exchange will only be provided once, for a product.

Grocery (Dairy & Bakery) 1 Day Return / Exchange is not possible, because these are perishable products. Only return / refund can be done, if requested within the Time Frame and the specific product has a shelf life greater than 1 month.
Grocery (All Others) 3 Days Exchange only

Free exchange will be provided within 3 days, if intimated within the time frame, only if the product is in defective or damaged condition when delivered or is different from the item which you had ordered.

Health & Beauty 3 Days Free exchange will be provided within 7 days, if intimated within 3 days, if the product is in defective or damaged condition when delivered or is different from the item which you had ordered.

All products which require installation, return shall be eligible only when such products are installed by the brand’s authorized personnel.

We may proceed to troubleshoot your product through a technician visit to help you resolve the issues with your product.

If any defect is determined within the timeframe, an exchange of the product will be provided to you at no extra cost. However, if the defect is spotted and informed after the timeframe, you will need to visit the specific brand’s service center.

The exchange will only be provided once, for a product.

Free exchange available within 3 days if the product is delivered in defective or damaged condition or is different from the ordered item.

Kindly keep the product intact, with all the original accessories, user manual and warranty card in the original packaging at the time of returning the product. 

Non-Returnable / Exchangeable – All the wind Instruments (e.g.: Harmonica, Flute etc.) This is a non-returnable item due to hygiene and personal wellness. Only if these products are delivered in damaged or defective condition or different from the ordered item, #Bazaar will provide a free exchange.

Sports & Fitness 3 Days Exchange only

Free exchange will be provided within the timeframe, only if the product is delivered in defective or damaged condition or different from the ordered item.

Kindly keep the product intact, with all the original accessories, user manual and warranty card in the original packaging at the time of returning the product.

Toys & Party Supplies 3 Days Exchange only

Free exchange will be provided within the timeframe if the product is delivered in defective or damaged condition or different from the ordered item.

Part 2 – Returns Pick-Up and Processing Rules

The item, which you want to be picked-up for exchange or refund needs to adhere to the following and will be checked for the same while being picked-up.

 

Particulars Condition to be verified
Product Verification IMEI / name / image / brand / serial number / article number / bar code should be the same and the MRP tag should be present and clearly visible.
Product & Accessories All the accessories, any freebies and / or combos shipped with the product (like remote-control, instruction manual, charger, battery, headphone etc.) must be present in the product box, along with the product.
Product State The product must not have been used, must be unwashed, unsoiled, not having any stains and must not have been tampered with. The quality check seal return tags and wherever applicable the warranty seals must be intact. In case of return of a mobile / laptop / tablet, the device should have been restored to factory setting or formatted without any screen lock (Fingerprint, Facial Recognition, Password, Pin or Pattern)

The product should not be damaged and should be without any dents, tears, scratches, or holes, including the accessories and components shipped with it.

Product Packaging The original box or packaging in which the product was shipped must not be damaged.

 

The delivery / pick-up representative will refuse to accept the return if any of the above conditions are not met.

For any products returned for a refund, the refund will be processed once the returned product has been received and verified by the seller.

 

Part 3 – General Rules for a successful Return

In cases, where the seller is unable to process an exchange for any reason whatsoever, a refund will be given to the customer.

For any products where installation is provided by the brand service partners, do not open the product packaging by yourself. The brand’s authorized personnel will help in unboxing and installation of the product.

In case of Wrong Delivery where the customer received the delivery message, but the product was not delivered, kindly report the issue within 2 days from the date mentioned in the message to #Bazaar by sending a WhatsApp Message on +91-91700 60200.

Items sold in packs, as sets or combos cannot be exchanged or returned individually.

For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be processed to your #Bazaar Wallet.

Clubbed Buy / Weekly Order

For any orders placed by you under Clubbed Buy / Weekly Order, the customer can only opt for Exchange. No return or refund is allowed, as the price of the product is based on the number of quantities clubbed together.
