Refund Policy

#Bazaar – Refund Policy

The Refund policy offered on #Bazaar is a plan provided directly by the individual sellers except for all orders which are being sold directly by HashTagBazaar.

For all orders, which are being sold by HashTagBazaar on individual purchases, a Refund will be provided to you in the following cases:

  • Product delivered is damaged and exchange product is not available.
  • Any return that has been initiated which fulfils all the conditions mentioned in Part 2 of the Exchange / Return Policy

Once your returned product is received by the seller, they would inform #Bazaar about the receipt of the product. Upon receipt of confirmation by #Bazaar, a refund is initiated to the original payment method adopted by you for making the payment. In case of the payment made via ‘Cash on Delivery’, the amount is added to your #Bazaar Wallet.

If a product cannot be repaired or exchanged, the seller would issue a refund for the damaged / defective item, subject to their Return / Refund policy.

The Refund policy is NOT APPLICABLE for any Clubbed Buy / Weekly Orders.
