#Bazaar – Cancellation Policy
(Regular / Daily Order)
HashTagBazaar (#Bazaar) recognizes that there might be situations, in case of Regular / Daily Orders, where you might need to cancel an order or a couple of products from the order that you had placed with us. You have the option to cancel the order and in such a case, the status of your order can be:
Order not dispatched:
When you cancel an order, which has not been dispatched yet, and if you have already made the payment, a cancellation option is provided to you.
You can opt to get the amount of the cancelled product(s) being added either to your HashTagBazaar Wallet or be refunded to you via the mode of payment through which you have made the payment.
In case you have selected Cash-On-Delivery as the payment option, and you have opted for a partial cancellation, you will be informed about the revised amount, which you can pay to the pick-up / delivery person.
Order already dispatched:
When you cancel an order, which has already been picked-up from the seller’s premises and is in transit, then you can cancel the order and if the payment has already been made, a refund of the amount will be provided to you.
If you are still contacted by the delivery person, you can refuse to accept the delivery of the item or the product.
You can opt to get the amount being added either to your HashTagBazaar Wallet or be refunded to you via the mode of payment through which you have made the payment.
After you have received the delivery of the product, then the cancellation of the order is not possible.
In such a case, you can choose the option to Return / Exchange or get a refund of the amount paid by you.
However, such refund would be subjected to the condition or marketability of the product which is being returned. For example – in case, a product gets damaged or its value is diminished on account of mishandling or misuse or use of a product not as per the user manual, of product at your end, the refund value would be determined accordingly, and you are not eligible for refund of whole amount paid by you.
(Clubbed Buy / Weekly Order)
In case of Clubbed Buy / Weekly Orders, you might need to cancel an order or one or two products from the order that you have placed with us. You have the option to cancel the order till Friday 4:00 P.M, which is before the week’s order is completed.
However, from 4:00 PM every Friday, the Cancellation option is not available due to any change in the ordered quantities affecting the weekly price(s) of the product(s) for all the customers.
